Javier Rental Concierge ("Javier," "we," "us") operates the waitlist at javier.rent. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your information.

What we collect

When you join the interest list, we may collect:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Rental preferences: neighborhoods, move-in date, budget, age range
• Optional details: occupation, current neighborhood, referral source, notes you provide
• Basic technical data: browser type and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and operations

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Operate the waitlist and early-access program
• Contact you about Javier product updates and launch news
• Understand renter demand to improve our Manhattan-first rental concierge
• Respond to your requests and support questions

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed through Google Firebase (hosting and backend) and stored in Airtable, our customer database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. We may retain minimal records if required for legal or security reasons.

Your choices

You may:

• Request access to the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time (every email will include an unsubscribe option when we start sending them)

We use industry-standard tools and limit access to waitlist data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Javier is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
